Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days with many orders shipping same-day*. Transit times range from 1 to 5 business days depending on the warehouse location(s) your order is shipping from. Your order will ship from the closest warehouse location(s) with available stock. An estimated delivery date will be provided during the checkout process.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?

A: International shipping is available for custom apparel orders only.

We do not ship blank apparel orders internationally at this time, including APO addresses. Additionally, we are not able to ship outside of the 48 contiguous United States. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. learn more >>

You may choose to utilize a USA-based freight forwarder to have your blank goods shipped to and forwarded to your address outside the 48 contiguous United States.

Q: My order was over $69. Why was I charged shipping?

A: We offer free shipping on Primeblanks shipments orders totaling over $69. However, shipments containing non‑Primeblanks items incur warehouse‑specific shipping fees.

• Multiple Warehouses: If your items can’t all ship from a single facility, we’ll split your cart into separate shipments. Each shipment lists its subtotal and any applicable shipping charge. Click Expand in your cart to view details.

• All‑PrimeBlanks Orders: If every shipment in your order consists solely of PrimeBlanks products and your cart total exceeds $69, shipping is always free—even if items ship from multiple warehouses.

• Mixed Orders: If one shipment is all PrimeBlanks and another contains non‑PrimeBlanks items, you’ll receive free (or the $4.95 flat‑rate) shipping on the PrimeBlanks‑only shipment, while standard rates apply to any shipment that includes non‑PrimeBlanks items.

IMPORTANT:
